Kyudai School Festival pt.1

This time of the year, for Kyudai students, is probably the busiest yet, because December is close to graduation, for some, and exam time for others...(i'm talking graduate students)...
But right before this time we have, what they call, a school festival...yay.
This is an event that some students have been preparing for a few months in advance, and it happens at the end of the school year...once a year. This is big.

Our school festival took place on campus (Ohashi)...and they asked us if we wanted to join...as in be a part of the world food counter and put in our own distinctive touch! Many things came to mind, however with a small budget and very little preparation time, we decided to sell original hamburgers : ze french-american burgers! yay.

Like most booths, we made quick little uniforms to advertise our food to the public...

This festival is open to the students and the public and goes on for three days...i'm talking day and night. anything goes.

C'est du lourd.

We shared our counter with other "world" students...that brought other types of food to the table...
Taiwan, Indonesian, Korean, Brazilian, Chinese...very good dishes!

Others had booths too all around campus...selling good Japanese junk food.

Many activities: a lot of things going on at once all around campus...

part of the crew...

part of the crew...Setsusan, Megumichan, Andresan and Chrissan.

tapioca! yay.

other part of the crew.

After the first day, sales were good...many people came, but the weekend was yet to come. Many events were yet to blow...music, dance, plays, expos and of course, more food!
